The Wedding Ceremony Solo Cello Package


With its rich tones, the cello is a beautiful instrument, adding sophistication and warmth to any occasion. Guests have remarked that it adds a beautiful feel to the atmosphere and mood, lifting spirits and making it feel even more like a very special event. The cello sound fills quite a large outdoor area, and sounds superb indoors too, particularly in the acoustics of beautiful old churches. It is ideal is you would like the elegance that only a stringed instrument can add, without the expense of a full quartet.

Suggested ceremony (1 hour booking)

Greeting/seating guests
- 15 minutes of light cello music from the Bach solo cello suites
Bride Procession
- The Bridal Chorus
Signing of the register
- Ave Maria or Air on the G String
Recessional (newlyweds exit)
- Wedding March or La Rejouissance

Free pop song arrangements

Provided free in this package is the arrangement of two popular, contemporary or other non-classical piece of music. Perfect if you as a couple have a song or two that you would like to associate forever with your special day. Most songs with a melody are suitable.

Please note: Some locations, such as the Sydney Royal Botanical Gardens will attract an additional "roadie", parking or travelling fee.

Any retainer and/or fees paid by the client are considered earned by the artist upon signing the contract and no booking fees paid by customer will be refunded, even if customer cancels or postpones the event or changes the date or time of the event.


**Anne-Lise can arrange almost any pop song at your request. Two songs are included free in the package deal. Additional arrangements garnish a $50 arrangement fee per pop song (the arrangement fee is multiplied by 2, 3 or 4 per arrangement, if arranging for duo, trio or quartet respectively, e.g. a quartet arrangment of a pop song is $200).
